Acceptable use​

Primex is a shared gateway to third-party AI providers. By using the API you agree to use it lawfully and in line with the upstream providers' acceptable-use policies (OpenAI/Azure, Anthropic, xAI, Mistral, DeepSeek, Moonshot, Cohere, Black Forest Labs, and others). Do not use Primex to generate illegal content, to harass or harm others, to violate others' privacy or IP, or to attempt to circumvent provider safety systems.

Data & privacy​

  • Requests are proxied to the upstream provider that serves the selected model.
  • Primex records usage metadata (model, token/unit counts, cost, timestamp) for billing and abuse prevention — visible to you on the AI → Usage page.
  • Do not send secrets you are not comfortable transmitting to a third-party model provider.

Fund protection​

You are never charged for a failed request, and broken streams are auto-guarded to $0. See Billing & Credits for details.
