Billing & Credits
Primex is pay-as-you-go. You top up credits, and each successful request draws down your balance based on actual usage.
How metering works
- Post-paid, per request. Credits move only after a successful (HTTP 200) response, sized from real usage — tokens for text/embeddings, images, seconds of video, audio minutes, or pages for documents.
- No pre-charge / reservation. Nothing is locked up while a request runs.
- A failed request costs nothing. Every error path (backend unreachable, upstream 4xx/5xx, invalid response) charges $0.
Broken-stream protection
A stream can open with 200 and then die mid-flight carrying only a provider
error. Primex detects that and zeroes the charge in that case, so a broken
stream doesn't bill you an estimate. A genuine reply that merely contains the word
"error" is unaffected.
Refunds
If a charge still slips through incorrectly, Primex support can issue a refund to your paid balance. Refunds are idempotent (you can't be double-refunded) and are logged. You can review every charge — and any refunds — on the AI → Usage page in the Telegram app.
Credit packages
Buy credits in the AI section. Larger packs include bonus credits:
| Package | Price | Credits | Bonus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $5 | $5.00 | — |
| Basic | $20 | $22.00 | +10% |
| Pro | $50 | $57.50 | +15% |
| Business | $100 | $120.00 | +20% |
Subscriptions (flat-fee plans)
Prefer a predictable monthly bill? Primex also offers flat-fee plans with rolling usage allowances (a 5-hour and a 7-day window) instead of a pay-as-you-go wallet:
| Plan | Price | 5h allowance | 7d allowance | Concurrency |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | $5 | $10 | $67 | 2 |
| Pro+ | $10 | $20 | $132 | 4 |
| Max | $20 | $40 | $264 | 6 |
| Ultra | $100 | $200 | $1320 | 10 |
| Power | $200 | $400 | $2640 | 20 |
